Under the consumer contracts regulations you have the right to cancel a contract between us (a “cooling off period”) for 14 days from the date that you counter-sign a letter of engagement without needing to give any reason for so doing following which the cancellation period expires. To exercise your right to cancel you must inform Robert Rhys using the above postal or e-mail address of your decision. A non obligatory model cancellation form is provided when a letter of engagement is sent out at the beginning of a work instruction.
