For a number of years one of Robert’s specialisms has been planning applications for rural workers’ dwellings (agricultural and other rural based business activity) to include the assembly of business plans and appraisals to assess the matter of a business’ need for a resident worker which has led to work across some fifteen counties of central southern England.

In addition to traditional farming enterprises other business land uses which Robert Rhys has helped clients with in recent years have included the breeding and rearing of goats, rare breed pigs, quail, fish farming, game rearing, equestrian and horticultural enterprises.
