Robert Rhys successfully attended the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Expert Witness Course in the autumn of 2025. He was awarded a certificate to this effect. Robert can provide an expert witness report in his field of work in compliance with CPR 35, the RICS Practice Statement and associated guidance.​​
